Life is a challenge and all success has faced failures. The hardships were faced by every individual. Even Czars of modern world like Steve jobs and Narayan Murthi faced hardships. But the key to their triumph is they didn’t stop, they remained enterprising. They loved their work and proved it to be big success. They saw opportunities in defeats.

Between Steve Jobs’ first stint at Apple and his last, he became a much better manager of people. He learned you can’t do it all yourself in your career-at least not if you want to see your work succeed on a massive scale. You need people who are talented and inspired.

Steve was lucky-He found what he loved to do early in life. He started Apple in his parent’s garage when he was 20. He worked hard, and in 10 years Apple had grown from just the two of them in a garage into a $2 billion company with over 4,000 employees. But He was fired from his company.

Jobs really didn’t know what to do for a few months. He didn’t accept defeat. He believed in himself and kept moving. But something slowly began to dawn on him – he still loved what he did… And so he decided to start over. His ability to fight back brought him fortune and luck.

He was pretty sure success would have not happened if he hadn’t been fired from Apple. It awful tasted medicine, but he guess the patient needed it. Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don’t lose faith. You’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers.

Another story of success is of Infosys czar Mr. Narayan Murthy. The major event that left an indelible mark on Narayan Murthi occurred in 1974 in Serbia, and Bulgaria.

His backpack and sleeping bag were confiscated. He had lost all hope of ever seeing the outside world again, when the door opened. He was again dragged out unceremoniously, locked up in the guard’s compartment on a departing freight train and told that I would be released 20 hours later upon reaching Istanbul. The guard’s final words still ring in my ears –“You are from a friendly country called India and that is why we are letting you go!”

The journey to Istanbul was lonely, and He was starving. In long, lonely, cold journey forced him to deeply rethink my convictions about Communism. Early on a dark Thursday morning, after being hungry for 108 hours, He was purged of any last vestiges of affinity for the Left.

He concluded that entrepreneurship, resulting in large-scale job creation, was the only viable mechanism for eradicating poverty in societies.

Deep in his heart, he always thanks the Bulgarian guards for transforming him from a confused Leftist into a determined, compassionate capitalist! Inevitably, this sequence of events led to the eventual founding of Infosys in 1981.

The success story of both entrepreneurs was an inspiring as well as motivating. As shown in above saga the fact that will touch most hearts that their struggle was blessing in disguise. One faced struggle at beginning other faced challenges in the mid of run. They took failures as challenge and moved ahead with enterprising ideas. It is up to you to perceive incidents in your life.
